Terms & Conditions
Welcome.
Please take time to review our terms. This information will
be extremely helpful while completing the reservation process.
Alaska has a short summer season.
We suggest that you book as early as possible to secure
your most desired experience.
Payments,
Deposits and Cancellations:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required
deposit. Please note that our
payment policy is necessary due to limited availability
and the short summer season.
- $300 per person or 50% of total upon written reservation
request
- Upon receipt of deposit we will follow by sending written
confirmation
- 60 Days prior to departure final payment is due
- Travel Documents will be delivered 30 days prior to
travel date
- Reservations made under 60 days require full payment
upon request
- Reservations made within 60 days must be guaranteed
with a credit card - Mastercard or Visa
- Late Payments may result in the release of reservation,
rebooking will be subject to availability and may require
cancellation fees.
- Additional Deposits could be required depending on terms
specific to individual businesses reserved. These deposits
and terms will be advised upon confirmation.
- Once confirmed and invoiced, any changes to existing
reservations are subject to an administrative fee of 35.00
per person. This includes a change of dates. All requests
for changes must be received in writing. Depending on
timing and product change, cancellation fees could apply.
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing
at least 45 days before arrival. Cancellation fees are
50.00 per person plus any additional fee demand from each
vendor/supplier reserved. Reservations cancelled 15 days
and under prior to arrival are nonrefundable.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Alaska Insight Travel Guide does not own or operate any
entity that is to provide goods and/or services for your
trip. Services such as, air, lodging, tours and other transportation
companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers etc.
As a result, Alaska Insight Travel Guide is not liable for
any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such
person or other third party.
Costs
of accommodations and associated services for delays or
other alterations en route, caused by weather, flight schedules,
and other events beyond our control are the responsibility
of our guests. Alaska Insight Travel Guide will not assume
any additional
costs.
On
advancement of deposit to Alaska Insight Travel Guide, the
depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above-stated
terms and conditions whether through a related agency or
directly with our office. Trip dates and costs, including
taxes, are subject to change
without notice.
